Personal project
Self-Care Poster Series
Visual storytelling, Typography, Clay-based illustration

This project is a visual reflection on self-care, focus, emotional honesty, and the invisible effort of daily life with ADHD and high internal pressure.
I created this series of five posters as a personal response to experiences that often go unnamed — difficulty starting, the urge to over-control, the guilt around rest, the pull of distraction, and the discomfort of sitting with real feelings.

Each poster combines a single phrase with a hand-formed clay object and minimalist typography, using visual quiet and soft materials to hold emotionally charged ideas with care.
The clay visuals were created using AI as a creative tool, carefully directed to reflect softness, imperfection, and emotional tone.

The aesthetic draws from Swiss design principles — clean structure, visual balance — while the clay introduces tactility and softness.
The result is a calm, human, and emotionally accessible body of work.

Themes explored:
– ADHD and executive function
– Rest as a right, not a reward
– Unhealthy control patterns
– Emotional avoidance
– Gentle focus and self-trust
